摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an incident position detection with respect to light and radiation, by arranging a plurality of superconductive tunnel junctions one- and two-dimensionally. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive tunnel junction is arranged one- and two- dimensionally on a substrate of glass or the like or on a superconductor as one superconductor to form a superconductive tunnel junction to build an incident position detector. For example, in the first method, two superconductors 2 are laminated on a substrate 1 for supporting a superconductive tunnel junction 3 sandwiching a tunnel barrier as shown by A, B and E. In the second method, a tunnel barrier 4 and another superconductor are laminated on the superconductor 2 with the intensity enough to ensure a self-support without using any substrate as shown by C and D. Then, in the third method, one superconductor for forming the junction in the first and second methods is replaced with a normally conductive metal.
