PURPOSE:To make the movement of a moving target clearly with a ground stationary display, by arranging first and second memory means, a writing control means, a reading control means and an address conversion means. CONSTITUTION:A video signal by the first probing is inputted into a first memory circuit 11 being controlled by a writing control signal 10 from a writing control circuit 14. Then, a reading control circuit 15 makes the video signal being memorized into a memory circuit 11 displayed 22 by a reading control signal 102. The video signal obtained by the first probing is inputted into an address conversion circuit 13 and with the conversion of the address at the memory circuit 11 according to the movement of a ship as calculated, it is inputted into a second memory circuit 12 together with a writing control signal 103 through the writing control circuit 14. The video signal by the second probing is inputted into the memory circuit 12 being controlled by the writing control signal 103 from the writing control circuit 14. Then, a reading control signal 15 serves to display the video signal being memorized into the memory circuit 12 by a reading control signal 104. Thereafter, this operation is repeated to make the movement of a moving target clear.
