Process for the manufacture of a platform balance, supported on load cells (20) and having a weight bridge (15), with the following process steps : construction of the foundation cavity (1) for the weighing mechanism, whereby the foundation cavity (1) is provided as a casing for the weigh bridge (15), insertion of separation means (10, 11) into the hardened foundation cavity (1), which serve to separate the weigh bridge (15) from the foundation cavity (1), casting of the weigh bridge (15) in reinforced concrete construction in the foundation cavity (1) which is laid out with separation means (10, 11), connection elements for the load cells (20) being cast into the weigh bridge (15), lifting the hardened weigh bridge (15) and supporting the weigh bridge (15) on the load cells (20).</p> |
