Support legs construction for drilling platform, includes anchoring two or more cables to the sea bottom. Plastics tubes are then lowered over the cables, after which cooling tubes or coils are inserted. After freezing each leg to a pre-determined thickness, a layer of gravel is added; which is then frozen to construct support legs of the required strength. When the legs (pillars) are sufficiently heavy, connecting braces are fitted between the pillars. When the pillars are thick enough vibration stops. The pulling pontoon has then to be connected to the support pontoon. Concrete reinforcing irons are frozen into the top of the pillars and the top platform connected to the reinforcing irons.
