PURPOSE:To obtain a rotation mechanism for minute angle with low cost by supporting the slit side of a slit rod via a pair of elastic materials and also providing the 1st and 2nd feed mechanisms to give displacement to the slit rod. CONSTITUTION:The other side of a slit shaft 23 is displaced linearly in the direction vertical to the lengthwise direction of the shaft 23 by means of the 1st screw feed mechanism 27. Thus a slit 23a is rotated by a minute angle together with control given from a pair of elastic materials 21a and 21b. Here the slit 23a is displaced in its width direction, i.e., toward the lengthwise direction of the slit rod 23. Furthermore a screw 19 serving as the 2nd feed mechanism is available as necessary for control to correct the displacement of the slit 23a due to its rotation by a minute angle. In such a way, a rotation mechanism for minute angle is obtained with low cost.
