发明名称 RE-USABLE IMMUNOLOGICAL ADSORPTION BODY
摘要 PURPOSE:To elevate the accuracy and the economy of immunological measurement while making the carrier re-usable, by using a high molecular compound with one end thereof immobilized on an insoluble carrier and having an SH group or an S-S bond to prevent cubic disturbance at the other end thereof. CONSTITUTION:A high molecular compound with one end thereof is immobilized on an insoluble carrier and having an SH group or an S-S bond at the other end thereof is used to obtain an immunological adsorption body. The immunological adsorption body is generally represented by the insoluble carrier-(X1-Xn-S-S (or H))P, wherein X1-Xn is the high molecule compound while, for example, X represents the same or different hydrogencarbon, amino acid or the like. The high molecular compound herein used is preferably a polyalkyl compound, polyvinyl compound or the like. The (n) and (p) represents a positive integer enough to maintain the distance to such an extent that terminals S of adjacent compounds is kept from touch each other. The molecular weight of the high polymer compound shall be about 500-10,000. Too small molecular weight is liable to cause a cubic disturbance while too large one makes the handling inconvenient.
