PURPOSE:To prevent effectively missing of stored data due to noise by using a content of an address register as an address of a dummy memory area at a non-access period of the memory. CONSTITUTION:In accessing a memory 1, a signal processing circuit 7 sets an address representing the said memory area to a register 3 and sets the data to a register 4 for access. Then after the address of a memory area MAD of the dummy is set to the register 3, a series of access operations are finished. In this case, the dummy area MAD is addressed at the non-access period. Thus, even when noise comes during the non-access period, only the storage content of the area MAD is lost and data in effective memory area MA1-MAN are not lost.
