PURPOSE:To enable substantial reduction in the temperature measuring time and accurate measurement of temperature at measuring points, by making first and second cylindrical bodies slidable while a coil spring is arranged therebetween. CONSTITUTION:As a first cylindrical body 21 is slidden in the direction of the arrow (x), a hook section 25 separates slightly from the tip section 21B of the cylindrical body 21 and under such a condition, a lead of an electronic component to be measured is inserted into the hook section 25. Upon the release of the cylindrical body 21, a thermocouple 10 moves to the original position by an eccentric force of the coil spring 27 permitting the lead to grasp the hook section 25 securely. Thus, the lead is thermally connected to the hook section 25, hence the thermocouple 10. When the measurement of temperature ends at a measuring point, the grasping is released by pulling the cylindrical body 21 to the second cylindrical body 22 again.
