PURPOSE:To make distribution of incident light quantity uniform by providing a diffuser that diffuses and transmits the light incident on and to a detecting section in the front of the light detecting section. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire connected to a photodetector 24 passes through the inside of a base stand 23 and is led out to the outside. A glass plate 26 is attached to the upper periphery 23b of the base stand 23 corresponding to the front of the photodetector 24. A face 26a of the glass plate 26 that opposes to the photodetector 24 is frosted to diffuse light incident to the photodetector 24. |
