PURPOSE:To obtain a panel for car which possesses the sufficient strength and rigidity and is free from the formation of depression, even if the panel made of synthetic resin is adopted, by joining an outer panel made of synthetic resin onto an inner panel made of steel plate. CONSTITUTION:A back door 3 is constituted by joining each peripheral edge of an outer panel 1 made of synthetic resin onto an inner panel 2 made of steel plate. In this case, the non-strengthened or strengthened thermoplastic resin or thermosetting resin is used as the synthetic resin material for the outer panel 1. Further, the similar material to that in the conventional inner panel made of steel plate is used as the steel plate material for the inner panel 2. Further, the outer panel 1 and the inner panel 2 are joined by using adhesive or other methods. Therefore, adopting the panel made of synthetic resin, the panel for car which possesses the sufficient strength and rigidity, and is free from the formation of depression on the outer surface can be obtained.
