PURPOSE:To clamp simultaneously inner/outer circumference parts of a disc by driving a turning shaft so as to press a clamp member into contact onto the inner circumference part of one side of the disc for pressing and so as to slide a sliding member in the outward direction orthogonally with the center axis of the turning shaft. CONSTITUTION:The clamp member 2 is fitted from the center of an upper opening 11d of the clamp member 11 and the member 2 depresses the inner circumference part of the disc 12 by screwing a screw 1e of the turning shaft 1 to a screw hole 5a of a bearing 5, clips the part with the inner circumference of a base table 10 for clamping. A taper face 1f of the turning shaft 1 is pressed simultaneously into contact with a taper face 7b provided at the inner edge of a slide member 7 to move a member 7 outwardly against the elasticity of a spring 8 and the outer circumference part of the disc 12 is depressed and clipped to a lock part 11c of the member 11 via the table 10 by the cooperation between the taper face 7a of the tip and the taper face 11b of the member 11. Thus, the inner and outer circumference parts are clamped at the same time by driving the single turning shaft.
