<p>PURPOSE:To increase load by increasing settling property of sludge and increasing the concn. of the sludge by feeding back flocculated sludge to an anaerobic reaction tank and to permit efficient treatment with a small apparatus by increasing the rate of feeding liquid. CONSTITUTION:A part of sludge in an anaerobic reaction tank 1 installed with a feeding system 2 of the feed liquid at the bottom and a discharging system 3 of treated liquid and a gas vent system 4 at the top of the reaction tank through a sludge discharging system 10. At the same time, a flocculant is added to the sludge discharging system 10 in the flocculating device 13, 14, and produced flocculated product is fed back to the reaction tank 1 through the sludge returning system 9. As the result, the settling property of the sludge is improved and the load can be made higher by the increase of the concn. of the sludge, and the rate of feeding liquid can be increased simultaneously. Therefore, effective treatment is possible with a small apparatus. Furthermore, treated liquid having high quality is obtd. by reducing SS and P, etc. Dehydration of discharged sludge is also facilitated.</p> |
