PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy and to save number of parts and assembling man-hour by making a rotary cylinder with a plastic material and applying insert-forming to a rotor magnet of a rotary cylinder drive motor to the rotary cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The rotary cylinder 1A is made of the plastic material and the rotor magnet 901 of the drive motor 9 of the cylinder 1A is applied to insert-forming to the rotary cylinder 1A and imbedded incorporatedly. In forming the rotary cylinder 1A in this way, the saving of number of parts and assembling man-hour and the simplified structure of the rotary head assembly are attained and the tolerance of lamination is decreased in the assembling accuracy.
