The object of this invention is a procedure for obtaining pharmaceutical preparations with a depot effect from inert polymers, characterized in that the active product and auxiliary products are homogeneously moistened with a solution of inert polymers in organic solvents and granulated, and then a) the granulate is pressed in the form of structure tablets and treated with heat, and/or b) the granulate is pressed in the form of structure tablets and the surface coated with a film of inert permeable polymer and the permeability of the coating is adjusted with water-soluble products.
