PURPOSE:To reduce a power consumption by applying an oscillation maintaining current applied to a switching transistor after starting by a voltage excited in a DC/DC converter. CONSTITUTION:When a power switch SW is closed to apply an input power source VIN, a relay RL is delayed for the prescribed time, then operated, and a break contact rl is opened in the state that a capacitor C2 is sufficiently charged. After the relay RL is operated, a current is supplied from the capacitor C2 through the first current supply circuit 1 to the base of a transistor TR. After an oscillator is oscillated by the primary coil L1, the transistor TR, the secondary coil L3 and a controller CONT, a DC current is always applied to the base of the transistor TR through the second current supply circuit 2, and the oscillating operation is stably continued even if the charge of the capacitor C2 is discharged out. |
