PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for working for grounding a body to be measured and to secure the grounding even the reverse surface is a common part by providing a contactor which connects the common terminal of the body to be measured to a table for measurement. CONSTITUTION:The contactor 50 capable of contacting the common terminal of the body 40 to be measured electrically is provided above the table 13 for measurement. Then, the contactor 50 is formed by curving, for example, phosphorus bronze to have elasticity like a leaf spring. The common terminal 42 of the body 40 to be measured is connected to the table 13 through the contactor 50, so the common terminal 42 is grounded securely.
