PURPOSE:To make it possible to pump up water to a high level place, by boosting up water with the use of pressure. CONSTITUTION:A blockable water tank 14 (A, B) is disposed therein with a water discharge pipe 4, a water intake pipe 3 and an air feed pipe 7. A float 9 turns on and off a switch 10. With this arrangement, it is possible to discharge water to a high level place, and to discharge water in a large amount.
