PURPOSE:To eliminate highly accurate machining by providing a resilient member for sealing at the innercircumference of opening contacting against the outercircumference of yoke thereby preventing leakage of liquid. CONSTITUTION:A sealing rubber film 10 is jointed entirely over the innercircumference of an opening 3b contacting against the outercircumference of the flange section 61. Said film 10 has the circumference entirely extending upward to cover the underface of projected section 3a entirely while extends downward along the underface at the outercircumference of a partition board 3 to be continuous with a rubber resilient sheet 2 forming the wall of sub-liquid chamber B. Since the sealing rubber film 10 applied onto the innercircumference of the opening 3b for fitting a yoke 6 will prevent leakage of liquid reliably, the outercircumference of flange section 61 and the innercircumference of opening 3b contacting each other are not required to be machined accurately. |
