PURPOSE:To make a smooth pallet change performable alternately with one motor, by connecting the motor to one side of two changers installed in parallel, while installing a driving control part for a connecting roller of a pallelt connected to a chain rotating these changers in the same direction. CONSTITUTION:When an X-Y table 1 is moved to the front of a changer 44, a first carry-in program is inputted whereby a chain 56 rotates to the right, and a connecting roller 57 is turned round to the side of a speed adjusting position LH1, releasing a pallet lock mechanism and pushing a pallet 34L, therefore the roller 57 is accelerated and the pallet 34L is fed to the side of the table 1. Next, the pallet 34L is selected to low speed rotation and advances forward when the roller 57 reaches to a speed adjusting position LH2, and it stops at a stop position LS3, transferred onto the table 1 so that this transfer is checked by a pallet detection part. And, the pallet 34L is positioned right and simultaneously clamped in horizontality, whereby a roller of the connecting roller is separated from a groove of the connecting roller 57 which stops and stands by ready, thus a carry-in cycle is all over. Then, is is taken out by the first carry-in program after machining gets through. |
