PURPOSE:To facilitate handling operation and to select a fitting angle optionally by hinging a fitting base on an apparatus body and engaging a screw which is run through the oblong hole of the apparatus body with the screw hole of the fitting base threadably against a compression spring. CONSTITUTION:The fitting base 1 is coupled with the apparatus body 2 by a hinge 3 and the screw 5 which is run loosely through the oblong hole 4 of the main body 2 is engaged threadably with the screw hole 6 bored in the base 1 to fix the main body 2 to the base 1 so that the their angle is adjustable. The compression spring 7 is interposed between the main body 2 and base 1 to prevent them from rotating owing to the shaking, vibration, etc., of the screw 5. When this is used, the base 1 is fixed to a wall surface with wood screws 7 while the base 1 and main body 2 are open, and the screw 5 is screwed in the screw hole 6 against the spring force of the compression spring 7, thereby setting the tilt angle of the main body 2 properly.
