PURPOSE:To prevent a bomb from being blown off when a high pressure gas is jetted from the bomb, by forming a gap between the bomb and the attaching section of a body to which the former is attached, to discharge the high pressure gas through the gap. CONSTITUTION:A bomb 4 which has been lifted up is made at its flange into contact with the front end section 9b of a contact pin 9 which is projected slightly from an attaching surface 1a. With this arrangement the flange 4a of the bomb 4 is inhibited from being displaced in the vertical direction by means of the abutting pin 9, and therefore, a predetermined gap 11 is formed between the flange 4a and the attaching surface 1a of the body 1. Accordingly, even if a seal plate 4c in the front end section 4b of the bomb 4 is broken due to the vertical movement of a cutter 3 so that a high pressure gas is blown out from the bomb 4, the blown-out high pressure gas is relieved through the gap 11, and therefore, it is possible to prevent the bomb 4 from being blown off.
