PURPOSE:To use the information as the action history information after the cue control information for the transmitting receiving request telegram to the line control program is processed by providing the management table to update and store the newest processed plural cue blocks. CONSTITUTION:By the request from an application program 2, write data 12 are read, sent to a line control program 3, the processed newest cue block through a management table 11 is cyclicly updated and thereafter, the data are stored. Namely, the write action control is executed for an I/O through a line control channel 14, after the control, the data are cyclicly shifted as a processed cue block, and held for a certain period as the log information. Thus, the processed cue block is set, plural these blocks are updated, thereby, the newest action history is always secured. Thus, the cue management information is processed, and thereafter, the information can be used as the action history information.
