PURPOSE:To obtain a crack-free electrolyte holder by covering the surface of ceramic powder with electrolyte and press-molding the coated ceramic powder at a temperature higher than the melting point of the electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:The surface of ceramic powder, of example, lithium aluminate powder 1-3 is covered with the mixed carbonate of lithium carbonate. The lithium aluminate 1-3 obtained is hot-pressed to obtain an electrolyte holder. The electrolyte holder is impregnated with the mixed carbonate and the electrolyte holder having a desired mixing weight ratio of lithium aluminate 1-3 and the mixed carbonate 4 is obtained. |
