PURPOSE:To efficiently remove water from the surfaces of works while preventing the works from springing out of a work hanging jig after washing as the final after-treatment of plating work is finished, by pulling up the works from a water tank at a specified rate or below while utilizing the surface tension of water. CONSTITUTION:An inverted L-shaped frame 4 is uprighted by a water tank 2 filled with pure water 3, a motor fixing plate 7 is fixed on the top of the frame 4, and a motor 6 for variable driving having a pinion rack 5 for vertically moving a work hanging jig 1 is fixed on the plate 7. The work hanging jig 1 having plural hung works 11 is hung from a hook 8 fitted to the lower end of the pinion rack 5. The motor 6 is driven to move the work hanging jig 1 downward until the works 11 are immersed in the pure water 3 in the tank 2, the motor 6 is stopped, and then it is reversely driven to pull up the works 11 from the tank 2 at <=20mm/sec rate. |
