PURPOSE:To decrease the load of the data processing part and to shorten the processing time by selecting the bus of the strobing signal at the data control part, indicating the action for the data processing part and executing the data transferring all at once. CONSTITUTION:When the data are transferred between a data control part 1 and the second data processing part 3, the control part 1, first, inputs the third strobing output through a signal line 53 to the second strobing selecting part 5. Next, the control part 1 indicates to send the input onto a signal line 58 as the second strobing input of the processing part 3. The control part 1 selects the bus of the strobing signal even to the first strobing selecting part 4 and the third strobing selecting part 6, and indicates the action for the data processing part 3. Thus, the data transferring is executed all at once,the reading/ writing is executed by one action, and therefore, the load of the data processing part is decreased and the processing time can be shortened.
