PURPOSE:To enable complete housing and improve visibility by fixing the side edge and rear end of a rear hood to the lower part of the upper edge part of a body, moving a peripheral-part hood spreading link upward and fixing it at the time of spreading, and moving said link downward at the time of housing, in the captioned device of a fully openable car. CONSTITUTION:The rear end 15c of a rear hood 15 is fixed to an installing plate 54 provided on th bottom face of the rear wall of a housing part 18 which is formed with the inner panel 52 of an outer panel 51. On the other hand, a U-shaped peripheral-part hood spreading link 30 is interlocked with a collapsible pillar 13 via a front link 32 and swings between the solid line position and the dotted line position. Thereby, when the collapsible pillar 13 is in a hood spreading position, the hood spreading link 30 is placed in the solid line position, fixing the hood 15 by means of a rear side link 31 while, at the time of housing, the link 30 is retracted into the housing part 18, completely housing the hood 15. By this construction, visibility can be improved while also improving the appearance of a car.
