PURPOSE:To simplify remarkably the constitution of a circuit and the adjustment by switching alternately and addressing write and readout address generating outputs by a period of half of a readout clock period. CONSTITUTION:A clock period of a read-out side is denoted as (tsr). A clock converting circuit 9 is added, and also, as for a write address generating circuit 6, a driven clock becomes (tsr) being a readout side. Also, a memory address generating circuit 4 becomes a selecting circuit which is switched by a period of tsr/2. It is because the right side of a dotted line in the figure is all operated by a timing of the (tsr) system, and it has become unnecessary to realize an asynchronous memory access.
