PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption at a nonoperation by operating a power supply switch provided to a supply load potential depending on the start either of a pre-stage or a subsequent device. CONSTITUTION:An OR circuit 46 for start signals from the pre-stage device or the subsequent device and a power switch circuit 47 are provided, a detection signal is sent from a station power supply circuit 13 to the circuit 46 when the pre-stage device is started and its output turns on a switch 47 to supply power to each device. When the subsequent device is started, the closed loop of connection ports 23, 24 is detected by a start detection circuit 14 to send a start signal to the circuit 46 and turn on the switch 47. In order to detect the start from the subsequent device, an interface power supply is supplied but the subsequent device is started and then the loop is closed, then a current flows for the case only and the power consumption at the nonoperation is reduced. |
