PURPOSE:To make it possible to recognize link path for which transmission quality is confirmed by each exchange office by providing a switchboard that gives a link code to a transmission line link and transmits code of a link so far passed through the next exchange office as a link path when a call is connected by an exchange office. CONSTITUTION:A signal receiving device 13 discriminates a link code that is passed by the received call and records it in a recording device 15, and records the number of called person in a selection code recording device 16. When the received call passed through plural exchange offices, the device 13 records the link code passed by the call in the device 15 together with above-mentioned link code. A link path setting device 17 examines the path to the incoming telephone set from the number of called person of the device 16, and at the same time, examines kind of the link passed from the record of the device 15, and sets a link path of the highest condition. A connection control device 19 confirms the condition of circuit of outgoing circuit selected according to the path by a circuit condition control device 18, and selects one of vacant outgoing circuits 12. A signal receiving device 14 transmits the number of called person and recorded link code to the signal line 122 of the selected outgoing circuit 12. |
