CONSTITUTION:When a key switch 5 is turned-ON, and the no-load a voltage in 6 cycles per revolution of a rotor is generated from a power generating coil 1 in synchronization with the engine revolution, a transistor Tr203 in an conduction control circuit 2A is turned-ON by the positive direction voltage, and a condenser 213 for preventing excessive revolution is electric-discharged, and a transistor Tr205 is turned-ON. Then, a power transistor Tr210 is turned-ON, and the primary coil 211a of a boosting transformer 211 conducts, and when the terminal voltage of a resistor 209 reaches the gate trigger voltage VGT of a thyristor 207 for cut-off, said thyristor 207 conducts. Then, the power transistor Tr210 is turned-OFF, and a high voltage is generated in the primary coil 211a, and the voltage several times of that of the secondary coil 211b is induced.
