PURPOSE:To obtain the titled water-based cleaning agent to wash off attached flexographic printing ink from a printing roll, etc., easily with water, by compounding a specific amine, a water-dispersible defoaming agent, a specific aliphatic polyhydric alcohol, an aliphatic monoalcohol and water at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:The objective cleaning liquid can be produced by mixing (A) 0.05-35(wt)% amine selected from a water-soluble 2-3C primary or secondary aliphatic amine, ammonia, and morpholine (preferably monoethanolamine), (B) 0.001-1.0% water-dispersible defoaming agent (e.g. metallic soap), (C) 0-75% water-soluble polyhydric alcohol having a molecular weight of <=500 (e.g. ethylene glycol), (D) 0-75% water-soluble 1-4C aliphatic monoalcohol (e.g. ethanol) and (E) 25-96% water. |
