PURPOSE:To enable a constant amount supply and accurate weighing of powdery material, by extruding powdery material held in a cylindrical container out of it with an extrusion mechanism as temporary compact to parcel it. CONSTITUTION:Powdery material P held in a cylindrical body 1 is pressed with pistons 2 to form a temporary compact. To form the temporary compact of the powdery material P, a cap 5 is put at the open tip of the cylindrical body 1 and the powdery material P is passed between the pistons 2. Under such a condition, the cap 5 is taken off and a powdery material cutting means 6 provided at the open tip of the cylindrical body 1 is exposed. Then, the pistons 2 are advanced in the direction of the arrow F to extrude the temporary compact of the powdery material P out of the body 1. The powdery material P is made powder by the means 6 and drops into a weighing container 7 therebelow. The weighing container 7 is placed on a weighing means 8 and the pistons 2 are advanced according to the weighing value, thereby enabling the parceling of a fixed amount of the powdery material P.
