PURPOSE:To inject effectively the power of both high frequency signal and local oscillation signals to a mixer diode by selecting the distance between an output terminal of a high frequency signal BPF and a mixer diode mounting point and between an output terminal of a local oscillation signal BPF and the mounting point respectively. CONSTITUTION:The high frequency signal are fed respectively to input terminals 21, 22. The high frequency signal and the local oscillation signals are led to a line 24 respectively via the BPFs 23, 25. A mixer diode 26 whose one terminal is grounded is connected to the line 24. Through the constitution above, the line part PQ between an output terminal Q of the BPF 23 and the diode mounting point P is constituted by an impedance conversion circuit 29 having a line length corresponding to an odd number of times of 1/4 wavelength of the high frequency signal and a line part PR between the output terminal R of the BPF 25 and the mounting point P is constituted by an impedance conversion circuit 30 having a line length being an odd number times of 1/4 wavelength of the local oscillation signal. Through the constitution above, each signal is short- circuited by the mounting point P and injected efficiently to the diode 26. |
