PURPOSE:To prevent the leading characteristic from being affected by the induction from a nearby wiring without giving effect on the DC characteristic such as an input threshold value by changing an inserting position of a diode increasing the input threshold value of an input section so as to simplify the circuit constitution. CONSTITUTION:An off-buffer circuit 11 is connected between a collector of a bipolar transistor (TR) Q3 with Schottky lamp and a power supply VCC of a digital output section of a digital circuit 10. The circuit 11 consists of TRs Q4, Q5. Further, a Schottky barrier diode Dc is connected equivalently from a base to a collector of a bipolar TR Q1 being a component of an input section to which an input Vin is inputted. A diode D1 being a constant voltage element is connected to a base of the TR Q1 and a resistor Rb to extract a base electric charge is connected to the base of the TR Q1. Then the circuit constitution is simplified without giving effect on the DC characteristic such as an input threshold value so as to make the effect of induction from a nearly wiring immune. |
