PURPOSE:To obtain a rectifying circuit with a simple circuit structure and responsive to a minute input signal by obtaining a rectified output signal from a predetermined current mirror circuit in response to the polarity of the input signal. CONSTITUTION:Transistors Q1 and Q2 constitute a first current mirror circuit 1 and a reference current flows through the transistor Q1 when an input signal Vin has a negative polarity. Transistors Q3 and Q4 constitute a second current mirror circuit 2 and the reference current flows through the transistor Q3 when the input signal Vin has a positive polarity. Transistors Q5 and Q6 constitute a third current mirror circuit 3 and an output current Iout corresponding to the output current I3 of the third current mirror circuit 3 that is made the reference current is drawn in by the transistor Q6. Since, when the input signal Vin is supplied and a rectified output Vout is obtained, one end of a resistor R2 has a ground level, the rectified output Vout can be obtained by a simple circuit structure even when the input signal is minute.
