发明名称 AUTOMATIC CHOKE DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity for providing a pneumatic circuit and obtain a device to be surely actuated with simplified construction, by connecting a thermo-motor, which generates rotary action by a thermally deformed material, with the shaft of an automatic choke valve and inducting a material to be detected of cooling water or the like to said thermo-motor. CONSTITUTION:An automatic choke device 10, inducting into its main body case 11 a material to be detected of engine cooling water or the like through a pipe 12, allows said material to flow in from an inlet 13 while flow out from an outlet 14 through a pipe 15. Now the material to be detected, if its temperature increases, expands a thermally deformed material in a thermo-motor 16, and the device 10, protruding a piston rod 18, actuates a cylindrical body 19 and a rack 23 while compressing a reset spring 22. As a result, the device, rotating a pinion 24 of an automatic choke valve 24, turns its shaft 26. If the temperature further increases, the device, in which an upper end of the cylindrical body 19 is adapted to a stroke adjusting screw 28, stops a rise of the cylindrical body 19, that is, rotation of the shaft 26 of the automatic choke valve 25.
