PURPOSE:To enhance beauty and taste by allowing the movements of a monument and a float to be well-matched, by combining the monument with a fountain and cooperating the mounment with the movement of the float also used as a water wheel mounted in a fountain stand by the force of water. CONSTITUTION:When the water is forcibly injected to one peripheral direction from the emitting orifices 13 provided to the inner peripheral surface of fountain stand S in a protruded state, water is forcibly impinged to the blades 31 of a float F and accumulated to be whirled to the peripheral direction thereof and, therefore, the float F is gradually floated under rotation. Because the float F is integrally connected to a monument M by a coated pipe 22, the monument M also gradually floats while rotates in the same operation. At the time of this flotation, water is injected all together from the nozzle 1 of a main fountain, the nozzle 38 of a mist fountain or the nozzle of a circumferential snow fountain or water column fountain. When the monument M reaches the uppermost end, water is discharged from a drain port 14 to lower the said monument M.
