PURPOSE:To realize the stability of the time of recording and reproduction by fixing a vibration proofing member extending over the whole surface to one side face of an elastic plate. CONSTITUTION:To the elastic plate 9, the vibration proofing member 18 of rubber, etc. having the same shape as said plate is superposed and stuck. The vibration proofing member 18 can be selected from butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, silicone rubber, urethane rubber, etc., and that of a suitable thickness is stuck by using an adhesive agent. When such a structure is adopted, a microvibration generated by a sliding resistance by a slide-contact surface 13 and a magnetic disk 8 can be absorbed by the vibration proofing member 18, the generation of an abnormal sound, etc. can also be prevented and the stable recording and reproduction can be executed.
