A platform balance or bridge balance consisting of at least two individual platforms which are supported via force-measuring cells on the ground or on a foundation is to allow a perfect three-point support of the individual platforms even when the erection or foundation surface is not plane. This is achieved in that individual platforms (1-4, I, II, 22, 25) are of triangular design, and in that they are supported on the force-measuring cells (5-10, 22) at the corners directly or indirectly via one or more adjacent platforms, at least one individual platform being supported indirectly at at least one corner. As a result of the design and support according to the invention of the individual platforms, a statically determined support of each individual platform is obtained, whilst the entire balance can be adapted without constraint to ground unevenness. Weighbridges of any size can be formed by means of the individual platforms. <IMAGE>
