PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of discharge amount by disposing a weighing device and a weighing conveyer between a discharge port of a feeder and a discharge conveyer, and controlling the feeder and the weighing conveyer according to the weighing results in the above apparatus for discharging coal in a storing tank. CONSTITUTION:When a feeder 12 is rotated and a truck 19 is moved, granular material 5 is dropped from a hopper 14 on one end of a weighing conveyer 23, transported to the right by the conveyer 23, and weighed by a weighing device 24. The granular material is dropped on a discharge conveyer 13 to be discharged. At this time, according to a weighing signal output by the weighing device 24, the rotational frequency of he feeder 12 and the transport capacity of the weighing conveyer 23 is increased or decreased by a control device 25 to keep the discharge amount constant. In this arrangement, the discharge amount can be kept constant regardless of fluctuation in storing amount level.
