Distributor for vacuum lines for controlling auxiliary units of additional motor-vehicle equipment

A distributor for vacuum lines for controlling, for example, the valves of air-conditioning systems of motor vehicles is described. The distributor consists of a plastic or metal valve plate which has grooves which run labyrinth-like on one side between connection branches and control bores, are closed off tight by a self-adhesive metal or plastic foil and thus form the connecting passages between the connection branches and the control bores. It has been found that the sealing by a simple self-adhesive foil is sufficient in order to obtain adequate tightness and stability for the distributor plate. The novel embodiment is distinguished by a lower weight and by a substantially simpler type of manufacture compared with known designs.
