PURPOSE:To stick uniformly body cores by sticking both side face parts of the upper core and the lower core. CONSTITUTION:A recording/reproducing core 21 and an erasing core 22 are formed as one body through a nonmagnetic layer 23, and the upper core 20 is formed. The side face part of this core 20 is stuck in a closely adhering state to a nonmagnetic spacer 24 and the side face part of the lower core 26 by pressure of nonmagnetic holders 27, 28. A pressure P is applied uniformly to the adhesive surface, therefore, the cores 20, 26 are stuck uniformly, and an adhesive layer 29 is also formed uniformly. In this way, the magnetic characteristic can be homogenized and improved.
