PURPOSE:To enhance the yield of varnish impregnation treatment by accurately measuring the surface temp. of a body to be treated within a short time, by providing a temp. measuring part equipped with a contact type temp. sensor for measuring the surface temp. of the indivisual body to be treated in the state contacted with said body. CONSTITUTION:In the varnish dripping impregnation treatment of an electric machinery coil, a body 4 to be treated is preheated for an extremely short time in a preheating part 1 by an induction heating system. Subsequently, the body 4 to be treated is supplied to a temp. measuring part 2 in a non-rotation state by a feed means and the contact type temp. sensor 7 pushed out by an air cylinder 5 by driving an access mechanism 6 is contacted with the surface of the body 4 to be treated to measure the surface temp. thereof. When said measured temp. is within a tolerant value, the body 4 to be treated is fed out to a varnish impregnation part 3. When the measured value is out of the tolerant value, the preheating condition of the preheating part 1 is corrected to enable efficient and good varnish impregnation in a predetermined temp. range.
