PURPOSE:To reduce the labor for aligning work by providing a support with an elevating work clamp device on a bed plate, which is capable of reversing between horizontal and vertical positions, and disposing side pushers on both sides of the reversing position in the above apparatus for pallets. CONSTITUTION:A support 2 having a work clamp device A put at the uppermost position is erected to stack pallets 4, 4 on a bed plate 1. A console panel 21 is operated to lower the work clamp device A, whereby the pallets 4, 4 are pressed and fixed. Subsequently, a reversing mechanism B is operated to reverse the support 2 in a 90 deg. arc in direction of an arrow T. Subsequently, the clamp device A is loosened to put the pallets 4, 4 along the support 2 side, and side pusher plates 14 are operated from both sides to properly arrange both sides of the pallets. After that, the pallets are again clamped A, the pusher plates 14 are retreated, the support is again reversed in direction of an arrow R to transfer the pallets to a fork lift. Thus, the aligning labor can be reduced.
