The bricklayer's table comprises two table stands (1) whose crossmembers (14), which can be adjusted and fixed in terms of height, bear a platform (18). On the longitudinal side of this platform (8) there is arranged a working platform (17) which is suspended at a lower level and rests on extensions (19) which, by means of their ends on the table-stand side, are fastened on in each case one load-bearing rod (20) which is guided, such that it can be adjusted and fixed in terms of height, on the crossmember end directed towards the working platform (17). Furthermore, on the side of the working platform (17), each table stand (1) is supported, so that it cannot tip over, by a side leg (22) which is connected on the table stand, is braced against the table stand and is located beneath the working platform (17). <IMAGE>
