PURPOSE:To perfectly remove the air dissolved in hot water prior to feeding said hot water under pressure and to prevent the corrosion of piping, by opening pressurized hot water to atmospheric pressure in a shower form and falling the same in a water droplet form. CONSTITUTION:Hot water in a hot water storage tank 1 is passed through a feed-out pipe 15 by the operation of a feed-out pump 21 and a solenoid valve 17 to be discharged in the upper end part of an open tank 5 held to atmospheric pressure in a shower form from shower apertures 18. By this method, hot water is opened to atmospheric pressure or less in a reduced pressure state and formed into a water droplet form to abruptly increase its surface area and the air dissolved in hot water is released to the open air. The undischarged air is absorbed with large air bubbles generated by falling hot water to the deaerated hot water accumulated in hot water in a water droplet form and floated to the surface to be released to the open air.
