PURPOSE:To compensate increasingly the capacitor over the decreased capacitor by forming a folded line opposed to an earth electrode to the opposite face of a dielectric layer formed with the earth electrode and widening the area of plural parts on the way of the folded line thereby forming the capacitor compensating electrode. CONSTITUTION:A main conductor line 10 is a thin and long shape arranged to cross the lengthwise direction of a dielectric plate 5, the folded part 9 is formed wiser than the main conductor line 10, close to the adjacent folded part and the interval between the adjacent folded parts 9 is narrower than that between the adjacent main conductor lines 10. In noticing the main conductor line 10, when the width is narrowered, the inductance per unit length of the main conductor line 10 is increased. Since the folded part 9 has a wider width and prolonged in the direction of the adjacent main conductor line 10 by one pitch, then the folded part acts like a static capacitance electrode. |
