Condensate heating boiler

The condensate heating boiler consists of a water-bearing housing (7) with forward and return run connection pieces (19, 20). From the horizontally oriented pot-shaped combustion chamber (6) arranged in the upper housing (7) a number of heating gas flues with a continuous gradient are guided to the condensate collection chamber (3). In order, with small external dimensions of the housing (7) and simple production of the entire boiler, in particular, however, of the combustion chamber and of the condensate collection chamber also, to accommodate as much heat exchange surface area as possible, the heating gas flues are coiled helically with different coil diameters and arranged concentrically with one another in relation to the coil axis (16) in the housing (7). The cross-sections (1) of the coiled pipes (2-5) are dimensioned so as to become larger from the inside to the outside. The combustion chamber (6) is of cylindrical design and the inner coil (2), which has the smallest pipe cross-section, is connected at the lowest point of the combustion chamber (6) and at the highest point of the condensate collection chamber (8) which is of smaller diameter in relation to the combustion chamber, likewise of cylindrical/tubular design and extends transversely through the water-bearing housing (7). The coils (3-5) with the larger cross-sections are connected laterally to the lower half of the combustion chamber (6) and laterally above the lowest-lying wall region (9) of the tubular condensate collection chamber (8). <IMAGE>
