An electrical miniature coaxial cable having an integrated heating element, especially for insertion into blood vessels, having an inner conductor (1) of low electrical resistance and (2) outer conductors (3, 4) which are separated from the inner conductor by an insulating layer and touch one another, one of which (4) has a low electrical resistance and is set back with respect to the inner conductor end, and the other has an electrically high resistance, projects beyond the set back end of the outer conductor (4) of electrically low resistance towards the inner conductor end and is electrically connected at its end to the inner conductor end, the part of the outer conductor (3) of electrically high resistance which projects beyond the outer conductor (4) of electrically low resistance forming the heating element (3'). <IMAGE>
