摘要 In modern ozone generators it is possible, using dielectrics (3) based on ceramics, or using filled plastic dielectrics and corresponding gap widths and double cooling, to achieve high power densities. In terms of efficiency, such ozone generators are inferior to those using a glass dielectric. In order to achieve the efficiency and the resistance to discharge corrosion, it is proposed to glaze the titanium oxide ceramic on its surface and to coat the plastic dielectrics with a high-temperature ceramic adhesive based on SiO2. <IMAGE>
